Just went on a blog-hopping tour. conclusion: i'm really sorry to all those whom i've lost touch with. maintaining relationships with people i dont see often is something i find very hard to do.

My current jobscope deals with human resource and i think dealing with people is the hardest job one can ask for. working with computer and electrical systems, you can take it apart when something goes wrong. working with money, you either have enough money or not enough money. if the former happens, then great. if not, then find some way to save money. but when working with people, you get all sorts of situations. each person has their own life story. everyone has their problems, strengths, weaknesses and reasons for doing certain things. and trying to keep track of all of them to keep everybody happy and keep the whole place functioning is extremely difficult. because each person is different, not everyone agrees. not everyone has the same priorities. if you dont already know, humans are complex creatures. the very sophisticated minds that make man the most dominant species on planet earth is also the one that creates the most headaches for everybody else.
