After exactly 2 years and 180 posts, i think its time to move. not move completely. i still need the simplicity of using blogger. hence i think i shall keep this blog. what i need is perhaps another blog. one that nobody knows about; where all i shall not have to worry about people's comments.

This current blog is like living in an apartment in the middle of the city centre. it is frequented by visitors. i have to worry about its presentation to others. people pounce on any changes. it is in so many people's address books. neighbours are peeking in all the time. i cant say what i really want to say anymore. i'm not referring to saying things that get you into trouble with the law. but i'm referring to things in life that you'd prefer others not to know. why not paper and pen? because they take up space. and i hate looking at my handwritting. and typing is so much faster and easier. the other new blog would be like a log cabin somewhere far away from the hustle and bustle of urban life. it would be off the beaten track and only a really determined person would find his/her way there. i can do what i want without fear of upsetting my neighbours, or second-guess what visitors might say. for some reason, many people like the current blog design. i shall not worry about the design of the new blog. it can remain simple for there will be no one to comment on it. it is for me to relax in. i need a break. blogs serve to inform and communicate. i need another blog to reflect and think.
