Was reading my grandfather's biography. life in those days were tough. maybe i'll grow up and be something similar? from the photos i kind of have an idea how i will look like in about 50 years haha... and i learnt something new. my grandmother actually won some sort of scholarship all those many years ago. a clever man chooses a clever wife. my grandparents will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary this june. my grandfather was saying how we will not pay for it because he has been specially saving for it. i think its amazing how people can sustain relationships for so long.

Mid-size crisis. that just suddenly came to my mind. bukit timah to hillview isnt really that far. its just long enough to see the last rays of daylight fade into the first glimpse of stars. and next time, i'll just eat porridge and salted egg.
