i have stayed one week away from msn and my blog.. and thats just about the nicest thing i can say about this week.. coz it was term exams..
Monday: gp and econs.. gp was about women and beauty and about how men have turned beauty into some money making addiction for women and a whole lot of other crap.. the 1st question stunned me.. coz i was practically asked to describe a barbie doll.. i dunno wads the gp dept up too.. but i finished the paper anyway.. and i correctly summarized the second passage whereas many others made the fatal error of summarizing the first passage..
And then during lunch it was time mug econs and memorise the graphs and theories that are actually just simple money maths made to sound like as though only smart people can understand.. but the paper was ok at least.. if i can pass, i'll be happy..
Tuesday: physics.. now i really studied hard for this one k.. even staying in church to study physics after service and lunch to ask questions and do tys and all that.. if you're reading this, thanks Ben for teaching me more than what i've learnt in the whole of April and May.. i took a look at last year's phyiscs paper the day before.. and when i did the exam, there were about 8 marks or so worth of questions that were exactly the same.. our physics dept really aims to win the most hardworking department award ya?.. so i really expect to pass this one.
Wed: Chem SPA was disaster!! the previous shift told us what the question was and the correct answer.. but.. my calcualtions was all screwed up.. calculated and calculated but just couldnt get x=6.. it was only when they were collecting the papers when i realised that i didnt even make use of the weight of my sample in the calculations.. argh..
Thurs: Maths was crap. the only question i know for sure is that x= (1/root 2) or 0.707 for question 1.. so 3 marks confirmed... but i dunno where i'm gonna get the rest of my marks from.. and then after exam we laughed at the bio people who still had paper in the afternoon.. then me, jia wei and joel went for lunch again..
Fri: last day.. but its chinese and chem.. chinese compo was abt casino.. i practically copied the entire compre passage for my answers.. i dont want to remember anything else abt chinese..
Chem was disaster again.. spent 1 hr on bloody mcq.. and still didnt know how to do like 10 questions.. so at the end i just shaded either b or c randomly.. no choice wad.. section B was ok.. but section C was almost non existent since i only did bit of it here and there coz there was no time..
school proper starts next week.. promos in 12 weeks.. i dont want to say "life sucks" but its so bloody unfair that school and all the crap that comes with it really affects my mood.. nuff said..
